Ratification of Fritz William Michel: Members sacked the sitting room of the Chamber of Deputies

Scheduled for this Tuesday, September 3 at 11 am, the ratification session of Fritz William Michel’s policy statement may not take place. Three opposition MPs, namely Jean Robert Bossé of the OPL, Manes Louis de Fanmi Lavalas and Reynald Exantus ransacked the Chamber of Deputies of the Chamber of Deputies, very early this morning, a few hours before the holding of the meeting.

“It’s a proportional response,” said the Estonian deputy Reynald Exantus. According to him Gary Bodeau did not respect the procedures during the conference of the presidents held this Monday in the Chamber of Deputies.

While it took almost 14 deputies to decide proposals from opposition MPs, the Speaker of the Chamber of Deputies decided to schedule the ratification session with the presence of only 10 deputies. “When there is a violation of the law, the force must prevail,” he swayed.

This initiative is not new since the group of senators of the opposition had prevented the holding of the ratification session of Jean Michel Lapin last May vandalizing the furniture and the sound system to facilitate the meeting.
